Green smoothie.

Throw the following in a blender – measurements are broad approximations so use your best judgement depending on your blender size.

1 cup coconut water
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup pomegranate or cherry juice
1 large handful frozen kale
1 cup frozen pineapple or mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Half an avocado
Half a courgette
1 large spoonful almond butter
1 spoonful coconut oil
Rice protein powder (please use rice not whey protein!)
2 tablespoons greens powder
1 tablespoon flax powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 small-medium banana, peeled + sliced
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fresh or mango chunks
1 cup kale (I used baby Kale)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon spirulina powder*
3/4 cup orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Place the the ingredients, except for the hemp seeds, in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
If you like your smoothies thin, add orange juice or coconut milk.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
