Japanese salad recipe.

I love a dish made entirely of vegetables. It is much easier with a Japanese mandolin; you can buy a good one at Divertimenti.

For the salad:
2 spring onions
6-7 radishes (or Daikon - white radish)
1 carrot (or a green pea)
1 small potato
1 stick celery
75g (2¾oz) mangetout (a flat-podded variety of pea)

Fresh, British grown Wasabi.

- 'We went wading for wasabi... in Dorset' - Telegraph:

- Fresh, British grown Wasabi | Like Wasabi? Love it fresh | The Wasabi Company:
Have you got a way with wasabi? Here are:
-Prawn, avocado and watercress salad with light wasabi dressing: blend mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, water, and freshly grated wasabi to get a punchy, and dynamic dress.
-Rib eye steak with wasabi butter, served with chips, wasabi aioli & watercress salad: blending freshly grated wasabi and soft butter adds powerful flavour to a healthy chunk of meat.'via Blog this'
