No knead bread.

500 grams of flour
10 grams of salt
30 grams of butter
7 grams of dry yeast
400 ml of warm water

In a D22xH10 cm bowl mix the flour, salt and butter - like pastry.
To fine crumbs.
Add the yeast and mix.
Make a hole in the middle and add the warm water.
Mix to a soft dough. Add more water if dough is too dry.
Cover with a cloth and put in a warm place for 4 hours (but not on radiator!)
After 4 hours place dough on floured surface.
Fold 3 times, turn 90 degrees, Fold 3 times again, make flat, fold again.
Wash and dry bowl and oil inside.
Place dough and cover with a cloth put in a warm place for 30 min.
Put 22x10 cm bowl (glass or metal) in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 min.
Put dough in hot bowl and cover with lid and put in the oven at 220 degrees for 30 min.
Remove lid and bake another 20 min.
Bread is ready.
Put bread at wire rack under towels to cool.
