Skillingsbolle.

Here's the recipe I use:

Ingredients
125 g butter
5 dl milk
50 g yeast
125 g sugar
800 to 900 g flour
Filling:
melted butter, sugar, cinnamon and sugar pearls
Procedure:
Melt the butter. Then, add the milk and heat to body temperature, 37 ° C.
Stir the yeast into the liquid.
Add the sugar and flour.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes in mixer.
Let the dough rise under plastic in about 40 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle approx. 35 x 60 cm and iron melted butter over.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the dough and fold one third of the middle and then the other side of the dough over (so that there will be three layers).
Cut strips of dough, they should be about 1 inch wide.
Hold each end of the dough and wrap dough in opposite directions.
Turn the saw as shown in the pictures.
Cover the buns with a kitchen towel,
and let them rise in a warm and cozy place.
So you need to brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar until the buns fried in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 to 12 minutes.
Enjoy !
