My bread.

And I bake bread!
With my Starter/leavens.
I have three of them.
One rye Starter - 100%, another wheat Starter - 100%, and the third - a stiff 45%, the so-called Livito-madre.
This is a very interesting work, although the result is not always successful.
But I studied and studied with pleasure.
So now the house smells of bread!
